Terms of Service

America's Strongest Gym (“ASG,” “we,” “us”) is owned and operated by RampTec, which holds all rights to the ASG platform, brand, and related intellectual property. ASG operates a leaderboard of verified strength feats submitted by gyms and athletes. By creating an account or submitting a lift, you agree to these terms. All payments on the platform are processed by RampTec.

Submissions and video license

You keep ownership of any video you link or submit. By submitting, you grant ASG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, embed, excerpt, and promote that video and its details (athlete name, gym, weight) on the platform and on ASG's social channels, with attribution. You confirm you have the right to grant this license and that everyone appearing in the video consents to its use. Accuracy and verification

Submitting a lift is a representation that the weight, bodyweight, and athlete information are truthful and the video is unedited. Judges may approve, reject, or later remove any lift at their sole discretion. Fabricated submissions — fake plates, edited footage, misstated weights — may result in removal of all of a gym's or athlete's entries.

Accounts and gym claims

Ownership claims are verified manually and may be revoked if made fraudulently. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid placement

Featured status affects presentation only. Rankings are computed exclusively from verified lifts and are never for sale.

Termination and changes

We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, and may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
